Mr. Halley joined Sceptre in 2009 as Vice President and Portfolio Manager. Ray is a member of the Canadian equity team specializing in large cap equities. He is also the portfolio manager for the Sceptre High Income Fund.
Mr. Halley has 10 years of investment experience most recently as lead portfolio manager for several large cap Canadian equity portfolios at a Canadian insurance company. He also previously worked as an analyst with two large Canadian pension plans and an independent investment dealer.
