Management FeeManagement Expense Ratio *
Sceptre Money Market Fund Class A0.50%0.72%

* The management expense ratio (MER) as provided is audited as at December 31, 2008. Legislation requires that the MER be calculated to include expenses attributable to the Fund's investment in each underlying Mutual Fund and the GST. Sceptre, at its discretion, may absorb a portion of the operating expenses and continue to absorb these expenses otherwise payable by the Fund. Without this absortion, the management expense ratio would have been 0.96% for Class A.
