September 7, 2007 - Changes to Closed End Funds

Sceptre Closed End Funds to Be Delisted Effective September 7, 2007

Sceptre Income & Growth Trust (SZG.UN) and Sceptre Income & High Growth Trust (SZH.UN) unitholders approve resolutions. Trust units to be delisted at close of market on September 7, 2007.

TORONTO (September 7, 2007) - As a result of the approvals of resolutions by Unitholders at special meetings of Sceptre Income & Growth Trust (“SIGT”) and Sceptre Income & High Growth Trust (“SIHGT”) respectively held on June 8 and June 22, 2007 the Trust units will be delisted from the TSX at the close of the market today, September 7, 2007.

The resolutions approved the following changes: expanding SIHGT’s investment strategy to include additional complimentary asset classes; calculating and disclosing SIHGT’s net asset value daily; reducing management fees from 1.10% to 1.05%; merging SIHGT with SIGT and converting the Trusts to an open-ended mutual fund; delisting the Trust units from the TSX to reduce costs; appointing Return on Innovation Management Ltd. (“ROI Capital”) as trustee and manager; and introducing seven new series of the merged fund which will offer different distribution, purchase options and management fees. All amendments to the Trusts will be completed at the market close on September 7, 2007.

Both Sceptre Investment Counsel Limited and ROI Capital believe that these changes are in the best interests of the Unitholders of both Trusts since they better position the Trusts to achieve their respective investment objectives and create additional value for Unitholders. Sceptre will continue to manage the assets of the Fund. ROI Capital will distribute the Fund to financial professionals throughout Canada.
